At Vision RV Storage, we recognize that your RV, trailer or recreational vehicle represents a significant investment. Our facility is designed to provide a secure, well-maintained and professionally managed environment where you can store your property with confidence.

Our Client Standards & Facility Policies are an important part of maintaining that environment. They establish clear expectations for the use of our facility, help protect your property and the property of others, and ensure that Vision RV Storage continues to meet the high standards our customers expect. We ask every client to review these policies and help us maintain a clean and safe facility.

Storage Eligibility & Facility Use

Vision RV Storage is designed specifically for the storage of RVs, trailers and other approved recreational vehicles.

To maintain the quality and safety of the facility:

Stored units must be operable and capable of being safely moved when required. Non-operational or non-driving vehicles are not permitted.
Passenger vehicles and semi-trucks are permitted at the discretion of management with proof of valid insurance/registration and must be kept valid.
Open utility and flat-deck trailers may be accommodated with prior approval.
Each storage space is designated for one approved unit. Additional units require a separate storage space.
Storage spaces may only be used for the purpose and property identified in your rental agreement.
Storage spaces and stored units may not be used as residences, living accommodations or places of business.

Our objective is to maintain a consistent, professional environment throughout the facility while ensuring that every client receives the benefit of the space they have rented.

Caring for Your Property & Our Facility

A well-maintained facility depends on the condition of the property stored within it.

Clients are expected to:

Keep stored units clean, presentable, secure and in good repair.
Maintain their storage area in a neat and orderly condition.
Ensure their property does not create a safety, environmental or maintenance concern.
Refrain from performing mechanical repairs, servicing or other maintenance work within the storage facility.
Promptly address any leak, spill or contamination originating from their property.

Any cleanup, remediation or repair costs resulting from a customer's property or activities remain the responsibility of the client.

Safety & Environmental Standards

Protecting our clients, their property and the surrounding environment is a shared responsibility.

For the safety of everyone at Vision RV Storage:

Flammable, explosive or hazardous materials are not permitted, except for automotive fuel and propane contained or stored in accordance with applicable requirements.
Illegal substances, stolen property and property associated with unlawful activity are prohibited.
No substance may be discharged, dumped or released onto the ground or into the atmosphere.
Clients must ensure that their property does not create a hazard, nuisance or environmental concern for other customers, our employees or the facility.

These standards help us maintain a professional storage environment while protecting the significant investments entrusted to us.

Seasonal & Winter Conditions

As an Alberta-based storage facility, we recognize that seasonal conditions can affect access and operating conditions.

During periods of significant snowfall, freezing temperatures and spring thaw:

Vision RV Storage will make reasonable efforts to maintain safe, drivable access throughout the facility.
Direct vehicle access to every individual storage space cannot be guaranteed during periods of significant snow accumulation or challenging ground conditions.
Clients requiring additional snow removal to access their storage space must provide a minimum of 72 hours' notice. Additional charges may apply.
During spring thaw and periods of soft or saturated ground conditions, access may be temporarily restricted to protect the facility and prevent damage to the site.
Clients are responsible for determining whether their vehicle and property can be safely moved under prevailing weather and site conditions.

These seasonal measures help protect both customer property and the long-term condition of the facility.

Insurance & Protection of Your Investment

We encourage every client to protect their investment with appropriate insurance coverage.

Vision RV Storage does not provide insurance coverage for client vehicles, trailers, recreational vehicles, contents or other personal property stored at the facility.

Clients are responsible for:

Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for their stored property.
Ensuring their coverage is suitable for the type and value of property being stored.
Understanding the terms, conditions and exclusions of their insurance policy.

Vision RV Storage is not responsible for losses or damage arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including theft, vandalism, weather-related events or other unforeseen events.

We strongly recommend confirming your coverage with your insurance provider before storing your property with us.

Rodent & Wildlife Considerations

Outdoor storage environments can naturally attract rodents and wildlife. While we take reasonable measures to maintain the facility, no outdoor storage environment can completely eliminate these risks.

Clients are encouraged to:

Remove food, beverages and other items that may attract rodents or wildlife from unattended units.
Secure openings, vents and other potential access points where appropriate.
Inspect their unit periodically, particularly following extended periods of storage.

Vision RV Storage cannot be responsible for rodent or wildlife access or damage resulting from such activity.

Our standards are intended to protect your investment, preserve the quality of our facility and ensure that every client can enjoy a professional, well-maintained storage experience.
